Who installs the ComNpay interface onto my website?
You remain in control with ComNpay. Once our contract has been entered into, we will send you everything you need to know and do to very easily integrate ComNpay into your website. Our technical documentation describes step-by-step the integration of the payment page into the website.
How long does it take to install ComNpay onto my website?
Once you have the access codes for your account area, you can then configure the payment solution in a few clicks. It will then take around 15 minutes to install the ComNpay payment page.
How do I install ComNpay onto my website?
There is no specific software or device to install. The technical documentation is very straightforward and always available to you. From the very first page an example of integration is explained: ‘one-click integration’. To integrate the payment page into your website, you only have to follow the instructions in the technical documentation. If you have any problems during the integration process, our technical support team are always ready to help: technique@comnpay.com.
I can’t install ComNpay on my website, what should I do?
Our technical support (technique@comnpay.com) will be happy to help you install the payment module.
What is the difference between the PSP and the API modules?
PSP: The PSP module uses a payment form that enables all merchants to use ComNpay on their website. You only have to use one of the libraries shown in the documentation in order to easily and effectively install this secure, configurable payment solution.
API: API allows you to directly connect with our web services from your own system. A library is available to assist in its simple integration.

Do I have to sign up to a distance sales contract to use ComNpay?
YES. This is a necessary formality in order to accept bank cards for distances sales in France.
Signing up to the distance sales contract occurs at the same time as your contract with ComNpay. You do not have to carry out any additional procedures with your bank or any other body.
My website is hosted on a free hosting service, can I still use ComNpay’s services?
There is no reason for you to change your web host. You do not need an SSL certificate because you will be using our platform’s certificate.
When will I receive statements and invoices?
Statements and invoices are available in real time on the dashboard of your account area.
I would like to get some extra information about my customer, how can I do this?
We do not stock any confidential data relating to your customers (first name, surname, card number, etc.).
I have forgotten my username and/or password for my personal account?
Send your request to service-clients@afonepaiement.com with your username and/or password, once we have carried out the necessary security check, we will send you your password.
Can I personalise my payment page?
YES. To better appeal to your customers, your payment page is customisable (logos, colours, fonts, etc.), within the parts that can be personalised. To personalise your page, go to your account area and the ‘Personalisation’
Thanks to the technique developed by ComNpay, you can also incorporate your own style sheet to the payment page. The style sheet will reproduce the design of your business website. Your webmaster should be able to help you out.
Can I configure the options for my payment page?
YES. The ComNpay payment page can be configured however you want or need it. You can simply configure the 3D Secure protocol (by stipulating a minimum transaction amount), your email alerts, the printing of customer receipts, the management of your email advertisements, among other options.
The changes occur immediately. You can configure and modify the options at any time and as many times as you need.
When a sale is concluded on my website, what notifications do I receive?
You will receive a notification email stating the date and amount of the transaction. Under ‘Settings’ in your account area, you can set the frequency of this notification. You can receive notification emails just as the transaction occurs or once a day, week or month. You decide.
How can I get more information on a specific transaction?
In the ‘Transactions’ section of your account area, you can search for a particular transaction through the filter system. If you do not find what you are looking for, contact us with the transaction number at technique@comnpay.com.
When a sale is made on my website, how long do I have to wait before my bank account is credited?
The payment into your business bank account is made two working days after the transaction occurs (D+2).
Is there a test or demo interface that I can try out?
You can test the payment solution for free.
This test interface will let you see how you and your customers can benefit from ComNpay. The interface also allows you to test the principal features (personalisation of your payment page and 3D Secure).
How are fraudulent payments handled? What happens with the merchant?
Just as for over-the-counter sales, the amount is taken back out of the merchant’s account. For Afone Paiement, the client bears the costs for incoming and outgoing clearing operations. The only legal way to guarantee payment is to use the 3D Secure protocol. Note: 3D Secure does not prevent a dishonest cardholder from objecting to a card payment. However, the merchant will be automatically recredited if they show proof of validity for the transaction.
Do the SEPA FAST fees apply to ComNpay?
Yes, the fee is €0.15 for every transfer from the Afone Paiement account to the business account. This is stated in the ComNpay contract
