Pre-authorisation

ComNpay allows you to integrate a card pre-authorisation option that collects all or part of the reservation price if the customer fails to show.
The tool is available in your account area, so you can track all pre-authorisations and limit loss of revenue. Please note that this solution cannot give a 100% guarantee as disputes are more likely in some trades more than others.
